Big news coming from Paddy Kerr’s press conference this morning. Club legend and all around nice guy Alan Quinn returns to training this week for Vale Wanderers.
Quinn suffered a horrific back injury away to Nurney Villa recently. Quinn has been a permanent fixture in this team in recent years but oddly enough this team recorded an excellent home win without Quinn on Sunday.

The mood around the entire club has lifted with the news that Alan Quinn is back. Hopefully he learned a lesson from this injury, that at his age he cant be overstretching.
If Quinn makes it through Wednesday’s grueling session he may well be in contention for next Sunday’s game.
