The Galway Cup is an annual soccer tournament which is now a regular fixture for the Carlow Academy teams. Vale Wanderers has been well represented in the past and this year is no exception.
Ben Hogan and Charlie Nolan from Micheal Kelly‘s Under 12 squad have travelled to Galway this year.
Ben Hogan is a talented goalkeeper who has impressed in the Carlow Juvenile Leagues with some outstanding saves an all round performances.
Charlie Nolan is a strong attacker with 21 leagues goals to his name this season.
The Vale link does not stop there with our Men’s coach Podge Doyle also part of the coaching team in Galway this year.
